Here is an easy way to quickly find & replace files in a directory:

perl -pi -w -e 's/Find_word/Replace_word/g;' LocationOfFolderToSearch/*.php

1	perl -pi -w -e 's/Find_word/Replace_word/g;' LocationOfFolderToSearch/*.php
